Ladies, let’s face it: the only thing better than brunch is brunch with alcohol.
This Sunday, head to Venice (address shared after ticket purchase) for Women Who Whiskey ~ Los Angeles‘s Bang Bang Brunch with KOVAL Distillery. Enjoy a delectable three-course brunch (including a “Nasty Women” dessert!) from Chef Becky Reams (Masterchef alum & more) featuring bold inventive takes on classic brunch fare.
KOVAL’s brand rep Jamie Stout will lead the paired tastings of award-winning, organic, artisanal whiskeys from KOVAL Distillery in Chicago, which was co-founded by a woman.
It’s the perfect boozy brunch for a three-day weekend!
Clear your calendar and your liver for the 2nd Los Angeles Magazine Whiskey Festival! Featuring local (Greenbar Distillery, Kikori Whisky), national (WhistlePig, Angel’s Envy, Four Roses) and international (Highland Park, The Macallan, Bruichladdich, Teeling & Alexander Murray & Co.) whisk(e)ys (including several brands not mentioned above), the event takes place at the La Brea Tar Pits where the bones are dry and the whiskey is oh-so-wet.
Enjoy small bites, new cocktail recipes, live music and plenty of tastings.
Because what better way to enjoy the “water of life” than surrounded by mastodon skeletons and prehistoric muskrat skulls….
