Kiss My Bundt’s “Lost Marbles” – Marble Cakes from scratch

Who doesn’t love marble…cake, that is?! At Kiss My Bundt Bakery, learn the lost art of making Marble Cake, in which two to four kinds of cake batter are swirled together and topped with American Buttercream for crowd-pleasing confections. In addition to “basics” like Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, and Coffee, the class will offer zingy, spring colors…er, flavors…such as Banana, Orange, Lemon, Lime and Strawberry. You’ll want a frock to match your gorgeous cake!

(“Cooking for the Eager and the Curious”), Chef Marjorie Baker will teach you how to make fresh-as-spring appetizers like Gruyere Herb Puffs and Potato Pancakes with Chives, Smoked Salmon and Sour Cream as well as all-year-round decadent desserts like Chocolate Hazelnut Fritters and Profiteroles with Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce.
